This hotel was a great choice for a quick weekend trip, it seemed to be pretty empty considering the breakfast buffet was always pretty much vacant. The food was average, for $12 each it’s best to just make eat a better quality meal at a local restaurant. The buffet host wasn’t very friendly. She was serious most of the time. The only thing that would’ve enhanced our stay is friendlier staff. Food & drinks: Located near lots of restaurants and fast food restaurants.
Great location if you've got a business trip planned. Be warned though, parking is $12. And the breakfast buffet in the morning is also $12. Gotta say, I don't think I've ever stayed at a Marriott that had me pay for cheap hotel breakfast. You're better off paying the same amount for a better breakfast around the corner.Rooms: 4/5
I am so glad I stayed here. The amenities were great, the room was clean and the location was convenient. I have rarely, if ever, posted a review. I felt compelled after staying here for one simple reason: Freddie. This man was at the desk when I checked in and was a wealth of knowledge when we asked about the area. He was also ready to help at various odd times of day or night at the desk and had the nicest, most genuine and personable demeanor of anyone I have ever met in the hospitality industry. This is not hyperbole. He actually gave me the alarm clock out of his personal accommodations because mine was missing and he knew he could get it to me quicker. He insisted. Courtyard, please take care of this man. I’m on the road 200 days a year and Freddie is easily the best there is. Thank you, sir. I hope this feedback gets back to you because your kindness was a game-changer and you are appreciated. God Bless!
Front desk was very kind and incredibly helpful. Parking is also great!!! The last 2 times I’ve stayed I’ve basically had front row parking. 10/10 will be staying here again!!!!! Rooms: My room was spotless. Everything was in its own neat tidy place. I’ve never felt as confident that my room was clean and cared for. But HERE? I knew whoever works in housekeeping loves their job !! Food & drinks: The food and drinks are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!
Stunning hotel in a great location several restaurants, stores & shops within walking distance. Everything was super clean, including the pool. Freddie, who checked us in & out, had such great energy. He really took care of us & made us feel at home. We appreciate him so much!Rooms: 5/5
I enjoyed the room. It was everything I needed for the trip. The location was perfect for me to get to my speaking engagement in Mckinney. The breakfast was good, too. My only complaint is that they changed the room key and locks without telling me. I had to deal with that while I was in a rush.Rooms: 5/5
I am completely disappointed that I can’t order a mix drink that’s not on the menu of 5-8 drinks they offer. What they hell has happen to this hotel industry. I knew when I booked the room I was going to be disappointed and get paid $200 to confirm I was right. Next time I’ll stay at the Sheraton down the road for the extra $14 a night.
Great rooms and service! The hotel is in a central location. Restaurants,bars, shopping withing walking distance. The hotel has a beautiful outside sitting area where you can enjoy a drink or just a place to relax. Nearby activities: Shopping , top golf , ice arena Food & drinks: Kellys bar and Grill is a perfect spot to hang out.
Great stay this past weekend. Front desk staff alleviated the confusion of the overall Marriott help line advice I was given by a Jacqueline my reservation wasn’t guaranteed, couldn’t add another check in personnel; you can understand where I was frustrated and upset but I believe a Megan at the front helped me immediately no questions!
