I’ve tried to shop here on 2 different occasions during their store hours and the stores closed. Bummer.
I placed an order over a month ago. Sent emails to find out the status of my order and commented on their fb page. Did not hear back. Called and talked to employee who said they would call me back. Did not receive a call back. Had to call back again and speak to the employee who told me I had selected to pick up in store. I live across the country and had an email confirming my shipping address and a second email saying the status of my order had been changed to store pick up. When I told her my confusion she put me on hold. A Manager then got on the phone and acted like she didn’t know the situation. I was confused when she picked up the phone and wasn’t sure if the call had just rang back since I had been on hold for a long time. I begin to explain what’s going on and the manager says I am being ugly, because apparently when you have to explain something a third time you sound a bit perturbed. I then proceed to explain everything again and the manager is down right rude, cutting me off, and making me feel like this is all my fault for selecting the incorrect shipping option. Which it may have been since their website is not the best, but I am a paying customer, and do not deserve to be treated that way. I then ask just for a refund since it has been a month since I ordered my item and she refuses to give me a refund and will only give me a store credit. I tell her I will take it up with my credit card company then if she is not willing to return my money. She then offers to ship me the item at $7.00 my cost. So of course I feel stuck so I say I will pay for the shipping since I do not want store credit and I never want to deal with this awful company again. I would never spend another dime at this boutique. The reason you shop a boutique versus big box is for the customer service and this place is lacking that. They forget that without paying customers like me they would cease to exist.
So disappointed in this place! I've been a few different times, so I know it's not just a freak accident. The clothing is horrible quality. Almost like it was made for $3 in China & now it has an extra $40 on the price tag. Multiple pieces of clothing were ripped in the seams, not just the chest or legs, sweaters were already starting to unravel & you can see straight through the fabric. Such a bummer! I mean, they occasionally have cute stuff, but definitely not worth the price they're selling it for. I think I'll go back down the street to Truly Trendy next time I feel I need to shop local.
I have been shopping with these wonderful people for about a year. It started back when my cousin had a hat that I wanted. Through the live sales, I was able to buy some amazing clothes that fit my awkward body. I’ve also been able to make some great friends along the way... virtually at that! Anna has the best taste, has a huge heart, and cares about every single person who shops with them! Her husband Bradley, is simply a saint to deal with all of us crazies LOL. CowBabes is amazing and I can’t imagine shopping anywhere else!!
If I could put more stars on here I would!!! I live in Houston so about 4 hours from the store. I have also been shopping here for over a year and a half! I cannot thank the girls enough at Cowbabe’s for everything they have done to make the shopping experience AMAZING!! I try and visit 1or 2 times a year to see the girls and obviously shop!!! I actually have a hotel booked to see them next weekend August 3rd and 4th, and I can’t wait!! These girls work there butts of to make sure we as the customer get what we want!! Love you girls and see you in just 1 short week!!
Omg ! I had to give a review to one of my all time favorite boutiques. When I’m in Weatherford you know it’s on my to do list gotta stop visit with the girls and swipe my card because it’s only the cutest. And I only shop at a select few boutiques. Cowbabes will always be the select few that will always be my go to!! Also watch her live sales on her Facebook for the out of town girls. : happy shopping ladies :
Always a great experience. Katelyn is a sweetie and helped me pick out a few things when I only came in for one Good employee’s can make or break a retail experience. Fair prices for a boutique experience!
The people who work there is so sweet. And the clothing is absolutely amazing. I’ve been going here for 3-4 years I think. I love it!
Amazing customer service and new found friendships along the way.... professionalism at its best... they are strict with the rules and they live by them..that isnt being rude , its business... and not letting people run your business for you... everyone has to set boundries. go see the amazing beauties at cowbabes and all the right junk !! They do not disappoint !!
Cowbabes boutique has some of the best ladies working there. They are always striving to keep the best and newest stuff in stock. They treat me like I'm family always so nice and helpful and I get my invoice within a few hours and my goodies in less than a week I will always be a cowbabes customer!!
