Mattress Depot Weatherford

Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I purchased a mattress from Matress depo in Weatherford on 2/24/2023. I came into the store with only two criteria I was looking for for a new mattress. One of the criteria was that it was soft and the other was that it breathes. The salesman confidently pointed me to the queen size golden mattress sapphire 2 euro top. Assuring me with extreme confidence that this was the perfect match for what I was looking for. I trusted The gentleman because I have always heard nothing but good things about the store. I came home and install the bed and my first night I was immediately taken back because I experienced extreme night sweats. Little did I know and under false information, which was provided by the salesman, that the mattress was 70% polyurethane. Which does the OPPOSITE of what I needed it to do. I tried for a week or two to make adjustments to my home temperature to see if it was a problem with me, but no success. I haven’t had a decent night of sleep since I purchased the mattress and the store cannot do anything about it due to the return policy. Which I was also given false information about by the salesman. I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the lies that we’re told to me by a supposed reputable “mom and pop” store. I will continue to take my business elsewhere unless the company attempts to make this right.

Amazing!! I had a mattress emergency 10 minutes prior to closing and they took care of my needs so well! Very understanding and so kind! I came in having a tight budget and they were so understanding and made sure my needs were met. Absolutely amazing experience! :

The Mattress Depot was a great place to get quality mattresses! I’m so happy we stopped here today. Our first stop for shopping and our last! The prices were great! The salesman was very professional and courteous. He really took care of us and was was genuine! We’ll be back, walked in for one pair of mattresses and walked out with 2.

Mattress Depots customer service was amazing. I had a major surgery last week and got home from hospital and decided i needed an adjustable base for my king size bed. I sent them a message before the store was even open and they got back to me before they were open. They worked with me and delivered it to Graham that day for me. Everyone i spoke with were so helpful. Thank you all

It was an amazing and fun experience. Casey was a joy to joke around with, and to talk to. He is very knowledgeable about his store's inventory and is willing to work with you. He listens to your bedding needs and will keep you within your budget as much as possible. Also, the beds feel AMAZING! We bought 4. Now to figure out how to get them home when they come in.

Had an issue with mattress I purchased in March. Had warrant, it took a bit but they came through. Replaced mattress, even an ungrade and Mr. David a MN d Mr. Casey, good customer service and that's big for mee. Thank you Mattress Depot, mattress working out well

Though we did not make a purchase at Mattress Depot, I still want to tell that our experience at this store was a good time and fun! K.C. was a pleasure to deal with, and is very knowledgeable about their products. He never pressured us or tried to give us anything but an honest opinion. On our first visit I told K.C. that I’ve always wished I could design a pillow for myself, and that it would be built, “Like this and that, and be this big”. He said, “I’ve got just what you want.” I walked out with a new pillow...BEST money I’ve spent in years! Thanks K.C. for the last two weeks of awesome snoozing!

Share my experience with shopping with mattress Depot in Weatherford Texas. I will give him a five star rating. We had a little issue at first and they corrected it they are a company of their word. I would advise and recommend them to anyone thank you The owner is a very nice friendly man. Also Chris that works in there is very friendly and helpful

Went in for a queen size box springs. The employee was extremely nice and helped us quickly. Made us a good deal with friendly and fast service. Will be shopping there when we need our next mattresses.
