The salesman was very polite and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Explained the new laws of use of said product. I appreciate his patience with me being hard of hearing. I will recommend the store to anyone and i will be back again.

My shopping experience was great. Matt greeted me promptly. He asked questions to determine my needs. He was very informative and professional. It was a quick and smooth transaction. I would definitely recommend them for your appliance needs.

Matt was very helpful while I decided which brand and sizes of appliances I wanted to go with. He never rushed me, answered all my questions and also took the extra time to make sure I was getting the best price possible on my purchases. I feel confident that I will get prompt service in the future if any questions or warranty issues arise.

My refrigerator died after the power outage caused by thunderstorms in June. I went into the store, and Matt showed me all my options. He was very nice and was very low key. He gave me information and didn't pressure me which was appreciated. He also didn't speak to me in a condescending way like they did at another store because I am a "little lady" and didn't have a man with me. He was very respectful. I got a very fair price with delivery, warranty, and quick delivery. Hopefully this one won't be killed off by a freakish act of nature BUT, if so, I have my warranty, and I'm sure I can go back and get Matt to help me out at Cowboy Maloney's.

I was treated with respect and kindness. Cullan was my salesman and he was very professional. He answered any questions I had. He didn’t waste time. I was very satisfied with my visit to purchase a new refrigerator.

Had issues with Lowe’s when trying to purchase a dishwasher. Called and talked to Charlie at the Flowood store, and when we arrived he already had several picked out based on our prior conversation. Process was smooth and ended up getting a better dishwasher for less money! Great service and the installation was setup later that evening.

I needed a dryer and knew exactly what i wanted. They greeted me at the door and had me in and out in 15 minutes loaded up! Fabulous

Guys came immediately to offer their help, I told them i needed some rental house stuff, did not try to up sell me. Excellent service and price, very happy with all aspects. Left with appliances i needed.

Robert was our salesperson. As soon as we walked in the door he approached us wanting to know if we needed help finding something. We were in there to purchase a refrigerator. We were in and out in 20 minutes. No pressure just great customer service! Thank you Robert for being Kind and Helpful!
