Excellent experience with them. All of the staff were so understanding and supportive. Jacob made sure that we understood everything that was happening and kept me informed as it was happening. I would recommend Cox Rowley to anyone needing funeral services.

Cox-Rowley Funeral home is an amazing company! They greet you warmly and tenderly while your heart is broken to pieces!! Jacob took care of me and my family with such dignity and kindness!! He picked up my dad after he passed at home and put a flag over him and handled every detail for me!!! He took a painful thing into a positive tribute to my dad!! Forever grateful!!

Funerals are difficult to say the least. It sometimes takes years to recover from the grief. Cox Rowley is all about making this process less painful. First of all, they really do celebrate lives. The services I have attended honored the deceased with memorabilia, video tributes, pictures and even Bible bookmarks. There is attention to detail in everything they do which includes pastoral aftercare. I give them a five star rating without hesitation. Thank you Cox Rowley for all you do.

Suzanne the funeral coordinator was not friendly at all to me. She never made an effort to get to know me, even though it was my husband who passed. Just because his brother paid for the funeral. Doesn’t mean that I didn’t deserved any respect. If I had had a choice I would of gone somewhere else. I don’t recommend this place. She is very cold, uncaring and was very rude to me when I spoke to her on the phone. My husband was the love of my life! It doesn’t matter who paid for the funeral. I should have received more respect from her as a grieving wife. Instead she made me feel like an outcast at my own husbands final celebration. If I could give zero stars I would have. The rest of the staff was nice to me and did all they could to help me when I called. Do not take your loved ones If Suzanne is the coordinator!!

My mother passed away just 9 days after coming to live with me. She wanted to be buried here in Amarillo, next to her parents. Cox-Rowley helped me bring my mother home from WA state. They were amazing; taking care of all the phone calls, paperwork and airline transportation. They got her home just in time - fighting through all the WA state bureaucracy. Thank you everyone at Cox-Rowley!

Just wanted to say what great caring people you all are. I will say that this funeral home has been there through the deaths of many of my family members and everytime, they have gone above and beyond to make us feel at home and at peace. They will treat your family as there own and are very professional at the same time. I want to personally thank each and every one of them. I just wanted to thank Cox Funeral Home for taking such good care of my father's celebration of life. Jack was very kind and helpful as was his assistant Kaci. They went over and beyond and I will use them again when the time comes. Oh and the video Kaci made was excellent.

Cox funeral home was a disgrace while dealing with my dad's death. Very unprofessional and unorganized, the only appology was " I'm sorry I forgot". This was my dad you were intrusted with, the most precious person in mine and my family's life, and you " forgot".
