Michael just left my house after reconnecting my cable. Channels and guide was freezing up. Eventually no picture at all. Found out the last cable tech that came had done some shoddy work. Long story short, Michael restored my connections. He was very accommodating and professional. Knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. Checked outside connections as well. I'm sure he was just doing his job. He was just so pleasant. He even called to see if he could come earlier. That worked out perfectly. I needed to take my pup to the vet. Thank you Michael! Great experience!
They always have wonderful customer care and customer support. They are pretty quick with serving their customers. The establishment is always clean. Definitely a five-star establishment. Cox Internet service is another story but as far as this Cox establishment is top notch.
Paying $50+ for the slowest speed of internet, I can barely stream a movie let alone use my laptop. Warner Robins needs a new internet provider, because Cox cable is ripping ppl off
Customer service is great it’s the service from the company that’s not good at all. You pay a pretty penny for services that’s out all the time and then when it’s not working it’s their equipment that doesn’t work. It’s sad we have to pay for television and still don’t get what you pay for.
First I want to thank Arkeyia at the store in Warner Robins . She was the best part of the entire experience. Very knowledgeable and very customer oriented to get results and not excuses . Thank you Arkeyia for your great service , they need more of you there . That being said The rest wasn’t so good until Arkeyia got back Involved and fixed the issue . So again thanks to her for being great . Signed up for cable tv and internet Day of install the 3rd party tech arrived For whatever reason he couldn’t get the REFURBISHED devices he brought to work . After about 3 hours of “ trying “ I just said not to worry about the cable and install the internet . Thankfully that worked so I can at least stream tv through a streaming service Actually get more channels for about the same price that way . The tech didn’t know what to do after I told him to not hook the cable up and was trying to leave the refurbished equipment with me I made him take it with him And thankfully was able to go back to the store where Arkeyia got involved and fixed it Even called like she said she would to follow up. She is a treasure there and I hope the right people move her up to keep her.
I have Cox as my Internet Service Provider at home. I love everything about it except the high price. The speeds are very fast and I have little issues with connectivity, including Wi-Fi. It is pretty expensive though.
People always complain about the price at Cox however I realize that you get what you pay for. Cox has excellent customer service and products, especially our Homelife.
Terrible service. Half the time it's not even working because of "maintenance". We got it for one price and every couple months they gradually raise the prices now it's to the point it's not even affordable. Their customer service is bad. Don't go with them if you have other options.
Just paid my bill. Just would like face to face personal attention like in the past. Do not like machine. I know this is a new Day just like the personal touch. Thank you
My bill went from $60 to $90 after having them for two years. Don’t be surprised if they change your bill for no reason.
