I’ve been to JoAnns in multiple different states. I’ve been to JoAnns that are swamped, to JoAnns that may have 2 customers the whole day. The horrible customer service, attitude, and clear annoyance the employees at this location is unlike any I have ever had. The younger staff don’t even look up from their cell phones to welcome you in the store. The older staff aren’t much better as they make eye contact with me and then don’t even speak/acknowledge my presence. The selection isn’t really that great either. There is another store directly next door with better selection and customer service.
I love Joanne's and Customer service was awesome!! However, the bathroom was out of order and the air conditioning is broken!! We would have done more shopping but it was way to hot!! Please fix the air so we can come back!!!
I could stay here forever. The store is well stocked with a good assortment of products.
Always a great selection and sales to choose from- Found just what I needed for a new crochet project and lots that I wanted!
Prices have gotten crazy but upping prices to offer coupons or other discounts and still over charging for items doesn't make shopping here pleasing in any sense. Original prices may not represent current sales so shoppers are expected to know what the items shall ring up at the register. I walked out without purchasing anything because I wasnt easily made aware of the items that may have been included in the current weeks sales. Poor salesmanship and frustrating I wasted my time attempting to purchase some yarn from this store.
My only complaint is I wish it was a full Joann store with more fabric. The staff are super nice and helpful. They always try to apply as many coupons as they can. There is a good selection of fabric and notions, so you can usually find what you need.
I caught a fantastic sale....30-50% off. Found great fabric for a headboard too.
Large selection of the yarn I was looking for. Found the exact color I needed. Will have to return in the future. Update: continued to find a great selection of yarn at this store. They always have great deals.
I ordered 8 yards of mare blue antipill fleece online for pickup in store. It was placed in a bag and when I got home and measured it there was only 6 1/2 yards. I paid for 8. I have bought many thousands of of yards of fabric in the last few years. Lately, my Joanns shopping experience has been more of a dread than the joy it used to be.
WOW I remember my mom dragging me to JoAnn's as a kid. TBH I haven't been there as an adult. I'll be back. I remember fabrics, knitting and thread. Came in for a roll of thread. I was shocked to see arts and craft supplies and even more impressed with the baking supplies. A few years ago I wanted cookie cutters and couldn't find any store that had any other than round. Well this is where they are. So if you haven't been to JoAnn's in a while check it out. I was in a rush today but I'll be back because I could use some pinking shears. I would have thought of this store for that but I'll leave some time to look around.
