Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies:
1. Your space is reserved upon receipt of payment.
2. Full refund will be given to participants who email [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to the date of the class, less a $10 per class processing fee. Those who email within 24 will receive a 50% refund.
3. No call, no shows will not be given a refund.
4. Due to the cost of supplies and facility: CPR Alive will hold strict to the refund policy.
5. Students who have enrolled in the wrong course will be offered one (1) opportunity to enroll in the correct course within 30 days and pay for any cost difference.
The purpose of this policy is to assure a fair and equal opportunity for everyone wishing to participate in our courses.

"CPR Alive Health & Survival is a life safety training center offering CPR, AED, First Aid, BLS and Bloodborne Pathogens courses accredited by the American Heart Association, American Safety & Health Institute and the American Red Cross. CPR, AED and First Aid Courses are open to anyone willing to learn CPR with hands-on approach. Courses are taught in a very relaxing environment by highly certified and experienced instructors. OSHA Compliant CPR/AED and First Aid for the workplace! Moreover, on-site training facility is also available."
