I had CPR in Cary/Morrisville replace my cracked screen. A week later I was on vacation and the phone froze. I had to wait for it to die before it would come back. This happen many times. I went to an Apple store in FL. When Iphone's update, the generic screens will cause the phones to freeze. I had them put on a new screen and it works fine now. I have been trying for about 3 weeks to get my money back and return their screen. No one in the stores can help me and direct me to the manager which is never there. They give me times the manager is suppose to be there and he never is. I left messages and even wrote to them via their website. No response. I wouldn't recommend using their generic screens and god forbid you have an issue.
Got a cracked screen fixed before Christmas, did a decent job even though my new screen was jittery and started opening apps and clicking things on its own. A week or so later, after setting my phone on the table not a drop, no fall, but just setting it down I noticed dead pixels at the bottom of the screen and lines up to the top. Yesterday, more dead pixels and lines. Not sure what kinda job they do here, but it’s not a good one. A VERY temporary fix. Attempted to reach out a week or so ago asking about any chance of a warranty policy - no response. I’d go elsewhere, since after $160 I’m getting silence and now have a dying screen for no reason. EDIT TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: Got my screen repaired today under their warranty so the repair was free. They were decently nice and understanding, which was a pleasant surprise. Hoping this screen doesn’t have any problems!
Said phone would be done within three days. Never called back I had to call them repeatedly times. Called them 5 days later they said my phone was done. They couldn't even call me. Went to pick up my phone and the exact same thing I dropped it off for they said it was fixed. I turned it on and it was not fixed at all they did nothing! Then couldn't even give me a a full refund! This place is absolutely awful I would never refer them to anybody.
They had to fix my cracked screen 2 times bc whatever they did made my screen suddenly start jumping when i charged it. obviously after the second time i just figured it was broke. Today i brought them my phone ijn because it messed up without cracking after he said i couldnt get my warranty he gave me back my phone messed up and even said what he did to it prior could have played a part. These people are sorry. go on google and fix your own phone folks.
i took my phone in to get the back glass repaired. it was strictly cosmetic. my phone worked perfectly. when i went to pick it up they told me there was a “little problem”. when they showed me my phone they had messed up the front. there were lines going down my phone. the next day i took my phone back in. at this point i’m a little aggravated that i’m having to miss time at work over someone else’s mistake but i’m still polite. i was talked down to which was so uncalled for. i’m back at home with my phone and my back camera is no longer working. i’ve left them a voicemail and i hope they make it right.
I stopped in this evening because T-Mobile couldn’t solve my phone issues and Kayla was awesome! She got my phone back working and was very informative in regards to what she was doing along the way. I’m so glad I decided to come by and I will continue to do so in the future!
