Food wasn't done, my daughter and I both got the same meal with biscuits and gravy and we only got 1 of them. Eggs way undercooked, pink sausage, doughy biscuit and no one checked on us just brought our food and our check which wasn't really a big deal but I guess other guests weren't happy with the service because as I was coming in we overheard a server say that a man wanted to talk to the manager because he was never attended to and only got 2 cup of coffee and they never came back to get him more or get a food order. They didn't seem understaffed, there were almost as many workers as patrons so I'm not sure what the issue was that morning.
Cracker Barrel delivered as always! The food was great! We had pancakes with eggs and bacon. On another visit that same week I had fork tender roast beef. Each time our waiter/waitress was great! However, we had to wait 25 minutes to be seated in the morning to an almost empty restaurant. The hostess said they simply don't have staff! Parking: Parking lot
This Cracker Barrel is the best in the country hands down. The food is always consistently great, the staff is amazing and inside this restaurant the environment is always so cozy. This Cracker Barrel is a must. I live in FL and have been dining at this CB for over 10 years and their service is always constantly great.
Self service. NO REFILLS. I think it must be company policy that servers are NOT to give refills on any drinks. You can ask, but you will never get ice water either! Waitress dumped food on our table. never got biscuits. Had the terrible hamburger and fries were inedible. Manager took order for the server and got it wrong. Should have comped it but didn't. This is my last visit to Cracker Barrel.
Dinning in lots of cracker barrel bc I love their food not doubt. However this one really failed on service. We waited close to 35-40 ? To be seated. When we did we stayed there for 15-20 min nobody came to ask us for drinks and take pur orders. The reataurant was fully staffed there were several waiter serving other tables. There were the o es with the iPad checking who is up to clean the table some waiters kept looking at us seen us but anyone vame to us till fi alkyd came to the hostes and told her it has been 20 min and no drinks she apologized and asked us what we wanted to drink. 5 min later the waiter came in and took our order. She came and gave us the food and we never heard or see her again. I understand staff it's an issue I several places but this one was well staffed. Maybe this restaurant needs to train the staff on body language and perhaps ask if we need anything even if you aren't our waiter not just kept looking the other direction after we trying to call their attention.
Food was great, waitress wasn't. Asked for lemons three different times and when I left there I never had gotten them.we waited 45 minutes for our food after ordering. This was the Cracker Barrell in Franklin, Tn.
Probably one of the best Cracker Barrels you will find of this chain. Friendly atmosphere as well as a killer gift shop with some really hard to find candies for that sweet tooth in your life. Not to mention all the kitchen stuff
I got a takeout order from here last weekend. The sausage gravy was tasteless. I got 2 cartons of milk that were expired. My wife called to inform them that we got expired milk and all they could say is thanks for letting us know smh.Food: 1/5
The waiter was super friendly! Best southern hospitality I’ve had on the trip. Biscuits and gravy were delicious! Soft flaky biscuits with a rich sausage gravy. Loved the pancakes with the crisp on the outside too.
The food was disappointing, had to send it back for fresh....and to underscore whole experience the young receptionists, Abigail was extremely rude and unprofessionalmaybe she was tired. Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but she wasn't having it.We were passed over for customers that came in behind us. It was reported to a store manager who stated she would notify the young lady's manager of our concerns.......
