My truck was finicky and didn’t ride well after I purchased 4 new tires. Instead of being stuck with something I didn’t like, Kevin and Lenny did everything necessary to make sure I was satisfied; never once were they unaccommodating or impatient. Now it drives like a dream. Best location in Tennessee for customer service, price, and results…. hands down.
Caring, helpful and courteous! For many years I have been a customer. The staff at discount tire have always been so courteous and helpful to me. They are all so professional and work so hard. I really don't want to get my tires anywhere else. I love this place! They have really, really helped me in some tough times.
I called this location on a Tuesday to order a tire for my Gensis G70. I was specific about the size tire and the vehicle when I placed the order and paid my deposit. When my wife arrived for our scheduled appointment on Thursday, she was informed that the wrong tire had been ordered and the correct tire wouldn't be there until mid-morning the next day. Since we were leaving town early the next morning we were forced to leave our car at Discount Tire with instructions to put the tire being replaced in the trunk and to lock the keys in the car when done. When we arrived 2 days later we found that our car had been left unlocked with the keys in it. When we arrived home we opened the trunk and realized that the tire techs had not saved our original tire as instructed. When I brought this to the store manager's attention I was informed I could call corporate and they could figure it out. Not "Hey, I'm sorry. We did a horrible job all around so we will get on the phone with corporate and see what we can do." Horrible service. Horrible management. I have spent thousands of dollars at this particular location but I promise not to spend another dollar at any Discount Tire in the future.
This tire store is very busy. If you have an emergency, as I did while traveling, it is not the tire store to visit. It took them 4.5 hours to let me know that my flat tire was not repairable, and the only two options they had for replacement were not appropriate for my vehicle. Thank goodness the Costco Tire Shop was right across the street. Costco had me up and running in less than an hour.
Stopped to add air to a low tire. All employees were like busy bees, actually running to get cars to bring in. Nobody walked! Great work ethics, the faster you go the more people you help. So appreciated.
Overall good experience at this place, good customer service and fairly quality work tire balancing is hit or miss depending upon who's doing it. They are fair on prices and will generally work with you, but this is a busy location and you can expect to wait to get work done. I recommend scheduling an appointment in advance to alleviate the wait times.
Discount Tire on Baker's Bridge is the best in Nashville! They're always quick, honest, and friendly. Been taking cars here for years and if I wasn't moving I still would!
Fantastic experience...I was extremely stressed going in since I got stranded in the area with one tire completely blown, another damaged, and a damaged rim. I usually get my tires at the Murfreesboro S. Church St location, and I'm a creature of extreme consistency, so it made me nervous to try a different location, but I was 50 miles away from Murfreesboro without a driveable vehicle! The guys at this location couldn't have been nicer. They were very pleasant to me and even allowed my service dog to take his break time inside something I normally wouldn't do, but the car was being fixed! They appeared to have a strong understanding of how to behave around a service animal, which I appreciated as well; we were able to sit in the far corner of the waiting area and didn't get bothered even though it was technically my dog's scheduled "off time" for the afternoon. I was extremely tired by the end of the wait and my dog was tasking again, but they got us finished in about two hours, which was awesome with how busy they were. Thanks to this awesome shop my service dog and I were back on the road and got home safely that evening. I'll be recommending this place to anyone who asks. I feel like companies don't think customer service counts very much anymore, but it certainly makes a huge difference to me!
The staff have very good customer service. They are clearly short handed and all work hard to pick up the slack. I was especially impressed how well they handled rude customers who were upset about waiting, all while every employee was literally running their butts off.
The BEST experience for customer service and and pricing. They work hard to make it very pleasant and affordable, and perform some services free of charge. My place for Tires and wiper replacement.
