Visiting Ohio on a much-desired vacation as it withholds a spectacular range of activities and sights. After dilly-dallying around, we decided to stop-off at the Cracker Barrel, Old Country Store. We were greeted by Sienna, our to-go specialist, and the service was simply perfection. She even raised her arm to point to the table to which we were going to sit, so we were not confused! We ordered the glitter globe spritzer and by golly was it delicious! The food was excellent, however there was only one criticism; the protruding smell of fish was lingering in the area upon sitting down and we simply could not pinpoint the smell. If you like sea food, add an extra star! Brilliant place, well done Sienna and hopefully see you again soon!
My Wife and I went to this location to enjoy a Sunday meal with family that we haven't spent quality time with in 3 years. Everything was perfect, Kindness, Quality wait staff and Spectacular tasting food. Cracker Barrel did it right! Pure Perfection!Food: 5/5
They got rid of skinless turkey sausage options. This may seem like a small thing but many people enjoy meat with their breakfast but many people don't eat pork. Your options are pork sausage or chicken sausage wrapped in a pork case or pork bacon... This pushes non pork eaters away. If you're Muslim or orthodox Jew or orthodox Christian you'll not be able to eat breakfast meats at cracker barrel.
We were greeted with a smile and warm hello. We knew we wanted breakfast, it was noon, so our waitress took our order right away. Everything was served quickly, and hot.Food: 5/5
Service was extremely slow. Food was not presented in appealing fashion. Both dumplings and french fries came from the kitchen in one large lump, stuck together. The shrimp also appeared overcooked.
This is a family favorite. It's also a favorite of our church lunch groups. The food is fabulous. The service is wonderful and who can resist browsing & shopping in that wonderful country store. Items there that you just can't get anywhere else.Food: 5/5
Our hostess sat us immediately, then we sat there for more than 20 minutes with no one to greet us or, to get us drinks, or take our orders. Finally, a guest at another table asked the manager for us because she could see that we needed some help. The manager helped us, but the food still arrived cold and drinks were not refilled timely.
We were seated right away, which was great. The place was jam packed so we were not given a choice of where we sat but it was ok. Our server was very sweet but we did have to ask for refills on our drinks through out our meal. We couldn't really have much conversation because the place was so loud and it also caused some issues with us hearing our server. Good food. Portions were very small. We all finished our food and waited for check for quite awhile. Would have ordered pie but by the time we got our check, we were just ready to go. Wanted to shop but there were so many people milling around, we couldn't really get to the stuff we wanted to buy.
Absolutely great place to eat. Our water was one of the best waiters I have ever had.Food: 5/5
