Harpers Point Eye Associates Forest Park branch

The folks there are very professional. It took them a couple times to get my glasses just right. But they did it. Since then I have moved on to a different job with different insurance and Harper's doesn't except that insurance for some reason. But I wish they did. Because the eye dr I went to don't have the same quality that Harper's have. I wish they took Guardian insurance so I can come back.

I’ve been going here Forest Park location for more than 10 years without any issues. Today I confused my days and missed an appt to have an eye infection looked at was yesterday instead of today.Imagine my surprise when they told me the next available date they had is in August! I take responsibility for missing the appt but August? Really? I was more understanding with them when they cancelled my annual appoint in December 2022, 30 minutes before the appointment time, due to “staff shortage” and caused me to lose my 2022 benefits because they couldn’t reschedule me until the new year. Update… Laura from corporate did contact me to assist in resolving, I had already gone to Urgent care, but I do appreciate that she took the time to assist with a follow up, because I don’t think Urgent Care the problem,

After the initial scheduling my overall experience went pretty well. The ophthalmologist is very welcoming, professional & knowledgeable The guy who does the eyeglasses fitting as well as the other associates are all pretty nice. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the office Clark who sits at the window. She's very rude!! I've been going here for about 3 years now & she's been rude to me every visit especially over the phone! Once you get pass her it's cool sailing! Good luck!

The ladies at the front desk were welcoming, the first lady that took my daughter in the room barely wanted to even say hello I had to open my mouth to speak! Dr. Charry did the rest of the assessment but kept looking at her watch like she was timing the visit or was in a hurry, dropped major issues on me about my daughter eyes then asked if I had questions in the hallway as she led us out of the room. People need to learn to be compassionate towards their patients stop making it look like you all about getting people in and put and making money. I'm in the Healthcare field and I treat all my patients with love and respect because you never know what might happen to you or your family one day. Be compassionate!

The lenses on the glasses need to be better quality. The staff, and Doctor were knowledgeable, patient, and caring. The score of a 4 was due to once I received my glasses.

Just a great office. Dr and staff.

Canceled my appointment literally an hour before my appointment, mind you I made the appointment 2 months ago, how inconvenient and a waste of my pto.

I really appreciate Dr. Charry and Staff. Dr. Charry successfully diagnosed a very serious skin condition next to my eye, missed in previous exams By others. Likewise, she is treating me an a proactive and circumspect way for a serious chronic eye condition. Not to mention, it’s a great place to get a new set of glasses! The whole staff is really super!!!

My appointment was scheduled for 9am. I confirmed the appointment and arrived promptly at 8:45 am to stand at the door in the cool wind only for them not to open up. I understand your office isn’t open until 9am, but please do not tell a customer to arrive early if you aren’t going to accept them at that time!
