I decided to get my electric material from Crawford after talking to them on the phone about a specific item they had in stock that was much cheaper than other building material stores. I decided to get all my electrical material from them. When my electrician started install he noticed the specific lights that crawford gave me were the completely wrong lights. I called Crawford and they said that the lights I needed I would have to order and they ended up being the same price as the other store. This is as after they said they had them in stock at a great price After going through my receipts I ended up paying more for almost every product I got from them compared to other stores. They said there was nothing they could do about. Very disappointed in my experience with Crawford. You need to double check and make for certain everything they say is accurate. It cost me a half a days work and after going through my receipts a couple hundred dollars.

Been electrician for 12 years. The guys at crawford will take care of you. Special shout out to New braunfels on goodwin lane. These guys go above and beyond.

Excellent service and customer care. The guys stayed back past closing to make sure I got my wire.

I can’t speak for the work they do but as drivers, specifically this truck, ran my wife off the road because the driver refused to let her merge she was ahead of him. It was on the on-ramp that leads to the loop from Walnut.

Very good staff with plenty of knowledge. They can not source SquareD items at all. Must go to Hill Country Electric if you prefer Square D. Otherwise they can get everything else.
