Went in as a new customer to pick up my phone which was payed for the previous night via online. Ended up leaving with a completely new contract that had me paying at least $200 more. Once I read this fine print on the receipt I skirted back for a refund. & now having to do this whole process over I suppose for the third time because of how deceitful the store manager, FREDDY, is. It is beyond me how one could hire an individual with such little experience.
I went to the store to return my phone and get help transferring data. I had hoped to get multiple accessories while in the store as well. I was completely ignored at first and started to walk around the store. I had to approach the women checking in other customers after waiting at the front of the store for a good 5 minutes prior to other customers walking in. She was very inconsiderate and rude about me not checking in, when she was the one approaching everyone as they walked in Then after waiting for a long time, the sales associate was rude too and was not helpful when I asked about the accessories I needed. I also hoped to turn in my phone, and instead of helping me at the store she gave me a shipping label and turned me away. Once on the website I realized it was a simple click of a button and I could have turned in my phone at the store ! I will not be returning to this store, and I do not recommend. It was highly disappointing!!!
Loved the service that I have received from the workers there! Specifically Keyana hope I spelt that right and Daniel the manager! They have been so helpful with getting my service going after experiencing really bad service from straight talk! 10/10 recommend going to Verizon in NB!
What is the phone number to speak to someone at this store? I have an issue I need resolved and when I call the number you have on your google maps profile it is the generic customer service for Verizon, I need to speak to someone at this store, thank you.
I visited this store I believe on Monday 4/25. May have been Tuesday. Upon entering I was greeting by a very enthusiastic “hello, how may I help you today?” By Danielle. To which it seemed she was already in the midst of diligently working on another task, she still paused everything and gave her complete attention to my issue at hand. Which she solved immediately and while also providing great conversation and was the most genuinely helpful person I’ve had the pleasure of assisting any concern at any Verizon store! I will definitely be back for any future phone needs and or purchases. Thank you so much Danielle! Located in New Braunfels Texas near Lowe’s
RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Worst experience ever. Wish I would not have switched phone providers. Scammed my family out of hundreds of dollars!!!! Promise to pay us back but will provide NO, ZERO proof of this!!!
went in on friday, 06/10. the place was pretty packed with people and each rep was tied up, but didn’t stop a young man to ask his customer to hold while his phone was being set up to come to me and put me on the waitlist. i was told it would be a 40 minute wait, but i waited much less than that! i was then approached by Kiana who helped me upgrade my iphone 11 to a 13 pro! the transaction was an experience full of stories and laughs that helped pass time while my phone was transferred over! kiana is definitely a great asset you have there and i will definitely go back for all my verizon needs!
One of the most horrific service can’t even load up my apps ..cricket gets better service than Verizon how sad and pathetic this company never again
Deceitful and really helpless. I wanted to trade in my phone and port over my phone number but still almost two weeks later I can't do so. I'm still being billed for being a "Verizon customer" even though I'm still with my current provider. My phone by Verizon's records indicate that I been using their service since Monday the 24th of January. Not one second or one byte have I been on their network and the last rep that I went to talk to says that my phone has already been traded in which I showed him and he was even puzzled about it. He couldn't help me nor was the previous rep I spoke to in person was able to help me both times I spoke with him. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow and I still haven't been able to get ANY assistance with in store reps or anyone from Verizon. Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a communications company.
THE WORT PHONE COMPANY EVER. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HIT ON BY ALL THE MALE WORKERS THERE. ESPECIALLY DON'T BRING YOUR YOUNG CHILDREN IN, UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO BE REFERRED TO AS BEAUTIFUL. YUCK.
