The Creating Healthy Schools and Communities Grant is a FREE program that provides support & assistance for P.E. Plan and physical activity & nutrition policy development and implementation to school districts in Cattaraugus County.
Services offered to participating schools include:
1. Technical assistance & resources
2. Professional development opportunities
3. Funding to support sustainable change
CHSC is a project of Erie 1 BOCES and funded by the NYS Dept. of Health.
