Never lived here, but have visited since I was a kid and stayed there when it was a hotel...very cozy place, and if you like the woods this is perfect. Great place from my experience.
Nice place to live. Update: I just moved out. I like the staff, we were never behind on rent. Wildlife was plentiful. I'm not going to say anything bad because I don't have anything. I did try to hire somebody to clean for me after I moved out. They failed me. I wish the owner would use my deposit to pay for cleaningas it should be and pro-rate my rent for the 6 days I still had the keys so I could at least recover some of my last months rent. Other than that I was kind of sad to go.
Such a beautiful and quiet complex
Too bad the apartments aren't maintained better I have holes in the wall stains running down the Walls no oven for 4 months holes in my ceilings from leaks do you really need me to keep going
I just drove around the place, very shady looking... would never stay here alone or with others.

Owner doesn't do repairs. Rent is way too high for the level of disrepair
Please do something about the parking lot pot holes.
If your on a crack head budget this place will be fine.
