Sierra was the most helpful person. She has incredible patience and explained things so I understood what was going on. What ever you’re paying her it’s not enough. P.S she handled 5 customers simultaneously with the same courtesy.
Daughter received superior service from Sierra in getting paperwork completed to get a replacement phone. Sierra was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and willing to provide assistance. Great experience working with her.

I was in need of a phone that day because of dropping mine. Marco was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this place anytime. The phones and plans were perfect too. Great work guys.
Came in did an upgrade plus a few accessories and Saul was AMAZING at helping me sync my phone and show me how to navigate my new phone. He took his time and didnt rush through my transaction despite having a few other customers come in. Very pleased with my experience today.
I have been in there 3 times and each time, I have had a different person helping me, no issue there because every guy there took care of me. I highly recommend these guys- Jesus, Luis and Soul I believe is how he spells it. They all are great guys! go check them out and great deals with the customer service to back it up!
After spending a frustrating hour+ on the phone with Cricket customer service, I walked into this location and Abigail had everything taken care of for me within 15 minutes. We've enjoyed saving $$$ with Cricket for years, and it's even better now that there's a store in Blount County to help when we need it.
