Our mission at CrossFit 1889 is to make positive impacts, mentally and physically through fitness, while creating a community of healthy people.
We are located next door to the McDonald's on Cherry road (across from Winthrop University). We occupy the building that once was a skateboard park. Stop by and see what we are all about!
