Awesome group of people Great coaches and well taken care of equipment.‍ Variety of exercises for different levels and abilities. I've been to this gym before,during and after my pregnancy and always had coaches adjusting the WOD for my current state.  As soon as my baby will be old enough I'll start taking him to the CrossFit Kids group here

We are loving the homeschool gym class.  Owner/Coach Mel is knowledgeable, kind, and so positive.  A joy to come here.
