Management, which changes when the wind blows, is rude, unprofessional and has zero care for its residents. They make everything so difficult when dealing with service request or inspections. Valet Trash pickup which gets canceled one to two times a week is never discounted on my monthly rent bill. The rules change as to what times, days or what we can even put out for trash pickup. As shown in the picture the complex thinks it’s acceptable to have an overflowing roll-off dumpster but if I put my trash out to early they will threaten the residents with fines. The only amenity available is dog park and swimming pool. Fitness center is closed as of the posting of this review. Don’t let them fool you if you come to check out the apartment. Nothing is “luxury” about this apartment.
These people look for any reason to charge a late fee. They obviously do not care about their residents whatsoever! This is the second time I'm being charged a late fee for no fault of my own. I even put my account on autopay and when THEIR system didn't withdraw the money they charge me the late fee. Terrible customer service. Don't even try to call corporate because all they're going to do is ask you to leave a message and never return your call. Don't move here!! As you can tell, their response to everyones bad review is the exact same. Because THEY DON'T CARE.
Zero stars! Upon my visit at Woodland Hills Luxury apartments I was shocked! The complex was so dirty! Trash everywhere and the hallways were disgusting! Nothing luxury about this place, the staff was rude especially Lilly and the place is run down. Who wants to live in filth?! Trust me, you don't want to live here!!!
Very nice complex. I continue to sign a new lease because it's close to work, pretty quiet and the unit is very nice right by the pool. Which is Beautiful! I've referred several clients to my complex so far their happy. I wish they would replace my carpet, update the painting like the other units and update my appliances. I enjoyed the hard wood floors, nice white molding and accent wall that I had in my first unit. I have no issues with repairs. When I call they make it happen quickly. Also the dog park is never used. THEY really should make it a play area to give the little ones a safe place to play. THe children can't keep playing in the parking area. For Easter I was outside my unit with my grand children with their Easter baskets and one of the office workers kept looking and staring at us. I'm so happy she kept walking. Hope the pool and gym opens soon.
They NEVER open the pool. The only thing we have for the kids here. I'll change my review after they explain to my kids and myself why.. it's 102 and a Sunday and pool is once again closed!!! Mondays are the only day it's supposed to be closed.
I scheduled an appointment to tour the property this past Saturday and was severely disappointed. I made sure to schedule the tour the day before, because I understand COVID is still prevalent and people should be cautious. While scheduling the tour, I was asked a series of questions and answered them honestly. When I arrived Saturday for my 10:15 a.m. tour, I had to wait an additional 5-7 minutes, because the representative was assisting another couple - no problem there. The young man who helped me was very friendly and apologized for the wait and our dialogue commenced. While I was completing the apartment interest form, I explained to the representative that I would be a first time renter. The representative politely let me finish, only to inform me that this apartment complex did not allow first time renters. I was a little taken aback, but let the representative know that I understood that the complex had its rules and regulations and advised him that this information was not on apartments.com please note that I checked the website right after I left the office and did not see this information either. The representative informed me that the reason that the property did not allow first time renters was because they had to verify your rental history. SIDEBAR: I previously applied to another property around the same area and have inquired of other property representatives and no one seemed to have a problem with first time renters. I proceeded to leave after learning this tidbit of information, quite amicably might I add, and informed the representative that if the property did not allow first time renters they should update the website and he began to jot it down on a piece of paper. As I told the representative, had I known this, I would not have wasted his time. As a stated before, I departed the property amicably, but it was not until later that I became annoyed. Advice to Management, please be clear of what you advertise on any media platform. 02/0722 - Update: Response to Comments from the Owner/Management: There is no need for me to reach out to you; I would think that you all would want to reach out to me to further explain the applicant requirements. I find it odd that there still appears to be no mention of not allowing first-time renters to lease on your website. Very peculiar, indeed.
We love it here. The pool and BBQ are very nice. Our neighbour's are very friendly. The grounds are extremely manicured and clean. Mantinence is very fast and efficient. I'm so happy to call it our home.
The staff is very nice. But this place isn't luxury lol, I mean it's no Buckingham palace. It's mostly clean, residents are kind and cordial. It's quiet aside the traffic outside the complex, but what can you expect, it's houston. There's a gym and pool which are usually always open, and cleaned, bearing a grill on the pool patio. Trash is vallet, which I'm not a fan of personally, I'd rather not have my trash sitting in the apt hallway waiting for flies to collect, because the vallet employees can sometimes take a few hours to get to your building, though that's not often that they do that.
The management at this property is HORRIBLE. There is a manager by the name of Zachari who harassed me my entire time there and even refused to supply me with documents i needed for court against them ! He also hung up in my face and when i came in person he got so nasty with me that another manager had to step in and remove him. Not only is he a male and I’m a female but his tone was so nasty my boyfriend wanted to step in. I have it all on video and he refuses to give me the number to corporate. I’ve also been towed 4 times from my own apartment
Apartment comment Very unprofessional staff they will add additional charges on your monthly bill! Pay for parking but not allowed to park near your apartments. Everyday it’s a headache looking for parking when returning from work! Really bad bug problem tried to bring it to their attention about the bugs they tried to put it on me saying pets control only can spray outside your apartment not inside which I pay monthly for the service. Maintenance guys don’t even show up until a week later. Staff will go inside your apartment without your permission they never leave any type of note letting you know they were inside your place!
