CrossFit Bako has just expanded to a 3600sq ft facility and has attracted all levels of athletes from firefighters, military personnel, and collegiate athletes to ACL rehabbers, people with 100+ pound weight loss goals and the everyday day desk-jocky. We've helped these people improve their fitness, meet their goals and become part of a family of athletes who push each other when they need to be pushed and support each other when they need a little help.
