CrossFit Bettendorf is a strength and conditioning facility that developes indviduals, athletes, and teams to reach their maximum level of fitness and athletic ability through elite level coaching. Our program combines constantly varied fuctional movements, performed at a high intensity to create individuals who are compent in all ten general physical skills of fitness. We combine the most effective training methods from a variety of different modalities including; weightlifting, gymnastics, and high intensity cardio.
At CrossFit we work harder than your average person would in the gym. We aim to break down barriers and set new standards for ourselves everyday. Through this intense training, a common bond is developed between our members which creates a community aspect that cannot be matched in other forms of training. We have created "A Forged Community" that is inviting and welcoming to anyone who is willing to come to our facitliy and give their best effort. We are a family and we want our facility to be a haven for our members.
