CrossFit has been life changing for us and as a result, we decided to create what you see today: a facility dedicated to its community, professional coaching, intense workouts and a fun atmosphere. CrossFit is a benefit to everyone regardless of fitness level. We offer a 11,000 sq/ft facility located in Chino Hills, California. We specialize in coaching group and individual classes using the CrossFit methodology. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, and running) executed at a high level of intensity - scaled for any fitness level.
