“The CrossFit prescription is ‘constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement’. It is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies, tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. CrossFit aims to build a fitness program that would best prepare trainees for any physical contingency - not only for the unknown but for the unknowable!

It will open up the opportunity to dig deep into your inner athlete, regardless of the framework of your physique, age or perceived limitations.
The Fundamentals program is designed to familiarize you with CrossFit’s foundational movements. We work at your pace to successfully transition you into our general CrossFit session.
CrossFit is a core and conditioning fitness program that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in the following 10 fitness domains:
