As the owner, my main motivation comes from helping people and seeing them succeed. Seeing a member complete something they thought impossible - the smile on their face and the confidence gained, both in and out of the gym, is priceless!
The best thing about owning and running a gym is the relationships I get to build with my members. We all consider ourselves a family! We support, encourage and love one another! We celebrate each others successes and cheer on another on as we try to better ourselves!
