CrossFit FBO is not your average, run-of-the mill health club or gym. We are an officially affiliated CrossFit “box” in Erie, PA and when you look around our facility, you’re not going to see lots of fancy machines, treadmills, televisions or mirrors. Our expectation is not for you to pay us, attend a couple of classes and then walk away, never to be seen again. WE WANT YOU HERE AND WE WANT TO SEE POSITIVE RESULTS from your efforts! You will always be coached, encouraged and challenged to improve your performance and test your skill set.
Instead of focusing on specific muscle groups or cardio, our objectives are to train you for better FUNCTIONAL movements. We work HARD. We run, we jump, we lift and we sweat. Our program doesn’t claim to be easy. It’s not. But if you put in the time and effort, you WILL see results. All of the workouts are scalable, accommodating individuals of all experience levels.
