CrossFit Halo

I joined Halo a little over a year ago. The family-like environment is what has kept me coming back. Classes start out with a group warm up, lifting movements are reviewed prior to the workout, and the coaches help scale the workouts when necessary. Even when a workout seems impossible, the encouragement from the coaches and other members makes it all doable. I highly recommend Crossfit Halo to anybody looking for a place to workout.

A fantastic gym! The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. Get challenged among a great community of members who always help to push you and cheer you on.
