From when I first dropped in until now, nothing but a great experience. The communication is great, coaching and coaches are great, classes are efficient, and the community is amazing. Grateful for CrossFit Kingstowne.
This gym has been the only place that I've managed to keep on working out and getting better on my health journey. Every other place, I quit after weeks. Here.. I've been going for years and making a family.
This gym is extremely well-run. The classes begin and end on time. The equipment is in good shape, and the gym is well-stocked. The owner is involved, thoughtful, and is constantly making improvements to the gym and the schedule. The coaches are all excellent - I don't go as often as I "should' or would like to sometimes, and I have still seen improvement in my performance. The gym community is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!
My husband and I reached out to this gym for a week pass to use while visiting family in the area. The owner and instructors were all extremely welcoming and excited to have us. The workouts were exactly what we were looking for in a Crossfit gym. We found the members to be very friendly and really enjoyed our week of workouts. Will definitely be returning next time we visit.
Wanted to join this CrossFit box after moving to Northern Virginia due to its location relative to where I live. After countless unanswered emails, Facebook messages left on read, Instagram messages left on read, and phone calls with voicemails, I decided to look elsewhere. This box may be phenomenal, but in terms of customer service, it was quite possibly the worst I’ve ever had to deal with in terms of a business, in my life. I value community and dedication from owners of CrossFit affiliates, and I simply didn’t feel it here whatsoever.
Absolutely love my Kingstowne family! They've made me feel welcome from day 1 and the programming and coaching is great.
The coaches are amazing and everyone here is super encouraging. The coaches make sure that the workouts are challenging but not too much that you can't handle it. There are more challenging workouts if you want to push yourself and there are modifications for those who need it. This gym really is for everybody in all walks of life. It's been a great journey going to this gym. Highly recommended!
CFK provides an all inclusive package when looking for a gym. The programming will greet you at any fitness level. The coaches are knowledgeable, approachable and super welcoming. The commumity fosters friendships, teamwork and accountability. I am constantly challenged and encouraged by this Fit Fam.
Crossfit Kingstowne is one of the best boxes I've attended. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, and fun, and the community is awesome. The quality of the classes is outstanding and I can already see a huge difference in my physical fitness after only being here for 6 months! I highly recommend it to all in the DMV area.
Awesome coaching. Awesome community. I've grown as an athlete here much faster than any other box I've been a part of. Being a military spouse and starting over isn't easy, but this community makes it easy. They've become more than just workout partners. Definitely stop in if you're on travel or looking for a new box!
