CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. Our workouts consist of olympic lifting, power lifting, ring exercises, running, rowing, pull ups, push ups, lunges, jump rope, handstand push ups, GHD sit-ups and reg sit-ups, back extensions, box jumps, plyometrics, squats, medicine ball shots and throws, and any and all functional body weight calisthenics.
These workouts are developed to work for anyone at any experience level... whether you are 6 years old or 60!
We work at high intensity and focus on explosive movements.. which are most functional to any and all of life's unexpected demands.

Unlimited- $100 a month + $60 Installment
3x week- $80 a month + $60 Installment
Month to Month- $150 per month

Monday: Morning 5:00am / 6:00am / 9:30am
Afternoon/Evening 3:30pm / 4:30pm / 5:30pm / 6:30pm
Tuesday: Morning 6:00am
Afternoon/Evening 3:30pm / 4:30pm /5:30pm / 6:30pm
Wednesday: Morning 5:00am / 6:00am / 9:30am

Thursday: Morning 6:00am
