CrossFit McCook is SW Nebraska's 1st official CrossFit affiliate. Opened June 2014.
Classes at 5:00am, 6:00am, 8:00am, 4:15pm & 5:15pm M-F.

Description

We offer CrossFit programming at five different times Monday through Friday (5:00am, 6:00am, 12:00pm, 4:15pm, 5:15pm). Daily WODs are scaled to any level of athlete. All class times are open.

Parking and entrance are behind the building, off the alley. Contact us with any questions or for more information.

Dropped in from out of town for the 19.1 workout. What a great little gym McCook has. Met both the owners, very friendly. Everyone here was super nice. Made my workout very enjoyable. Will defiantly be back when I am back in town again.
Loved my first workout in McCook! I'm here for an 8 week rotation for school and will be back for the 530am class daily!
Amazing group of people that take wonderful care of their clients!
