At McCook Therapy and Wellness our mission is to provide “Your Foundation to Wellness” by combining rehabilitation with our fitness/wellness facility. The primary purpose of McCook Therapy is to help you recover or maintain the functionality you are accustomed to.
McCook Therapy and Wellness is our area’s only therapy clinic equipped with a 24-hour fitness facility. This allows you the ability to continue on your path of wellness after you have achieved your therapy specific goals providing “specialization not just generalization”. Individuals seeking wellness and fitness training can transition into their workout programs with the comfort of having experienced therapists and personnel on staff to help with any fitness questions or concerns. You will never be overlooked or underappreciated in our clinic.
We offer a variety of fitness equipment and two tanning beds, monthly or yearly memberships, 24 hour access, and senior circuit training M-Th at 9:30. We also now offer individual personal training or group training by appointment. Finally we offer various wellness education events.
