We offer group fitness classes and personal training to develop broad, general, and inclusive fitness. Our athletes run, jump, push pull, hinge, and carry. Our workouts are a mix of calisthenics and gymnastics, running, rowing, and lifting (barbells, kettelbells, dumbbells, and medicine balls).
