Description

Nestled around the foot of Crowders Mountains sits Crowders Ridge Camp and Retreat Center. Crowders Ridge is a 48-acre portrait of rolling hills, beautiful forests, and a mountian-fed lake. It is a place where you can build lifelong friendships, develop unforgettable memories and get to know the God who created it all.

The Crowders Ridge ministry is a miracle! It has been evident since its inception that God’s hand is on this place in a special way. Founded in 2005, our purpose is simple: to inspire and equip today’s generation to experience God by experiencing camp.

Crowders Ridge operates week-long summer camps for junior, middle school and high school age students, as well as weekend or week-long retreats for all ages throughout the year. Our peaceful setting and breathtaking views are ideal for physical and spiritual refreshment, and our facilities are well-suited for both small and large groups.

I had a great experience at Crowders Ridge Camps with my friends. However, watch out for poison ivy!! It seems to be everywhere… 2+ people in my group had a terrible reaction to it, and were itching for weeks! Also, while I was there, I accidentally left my swimsuit next to the dorms. We contacted them, but we never got an answer. That was a brand new swimsuit PS, since the lake that you can swim in has massive amounts of dye in it, another one of my friends had an allergic reaction to the dye and had to go to the hospital. Watch out for that!! So, let’s just say by the time we got home we all had some sort of reaction/injury We were pretty beat up!!
Had a blast doing this with the family! We had my 12 year old son and his friend, my 2 year old nephew, and the grandparents. Everyone participated and had so much fun!!! We shared lots of laughter and was a great way to spend time together. This will be a new annual holiday family tradition.
Went in having no idea what to expect but had the BEST time! I appreciate that they cap the number of tubers to 50 so the waits were never long. Camp is well kept and will definitely return.
My son has claimed his week there for camp as the best time of his life. Your mission says it is to ignite a spark and that was done this week. He has spoken highly of the whole camp especially the Yoshi yellow leader and said the worship services were amazing!
Wonderful experience at Crowder’s Ridge. Interns and staff were awesome. All of them were very helpful and several of them made an effort to get to know adults & students with our church. Very pleased!
This will be our 3rd year at Crowder's Ridge. It has been an awesome experience growing with the camp itself. Even in areas where improvement could be made, they have always been willing to grow! It's awesome. As far as programming and facilities... it doesn't get any better. This is my 22nd year in student ministry and I love this place as much as any camp we have ever been to! Take time to learn the history of the place itself and how the vision of the founder brought this amazing place back to life. Our church is looking forward to many more years of partnering together with Crowder's Ridge.
Beautiful! There music is awesome they have great christian music the day we came I never wanted to leave if your christian have a huge group of people rearrange and plan to go there ITS AMAZING
