Owners are very nice friendly and professional. Rooms are decorated by fun themes. Rooms are very nice with plenty of room. Swimming pool and game area outside for summer time fun. There is also a area of building that's open to all hotel guest and families to use at their convenience & u can have a family get together there and hotel guests are able to use the provided items...grills, dishes, silverware, stove, oven, pizza oven, microwave, pop machine, tables, chairs, cards, tv, & ice machine they ask you pick up slightly and area to put dirty dishes but leave the dish washing up to them they're happy to do it. You can also ask for board games in the office. If there is something you need don't be afraid to ask if they have it they'll help you out and if not they will give you some ideas or recommendations. You will find this is a very enjoyable safe place to stay weather alone or with family. Prices of rooms are very reasonable and plenty of side bonuses for the price. I will recommend this hotel to others over & over again I am a very satisfied customer. This is a place I will continue to use for a nice get away, family outing, family and friends get together, summer fun, and a future vacation time and time again year after year!
I didn't get to stay there but I probably wouldn't have anyway because when I called to check on prices the lady was very rude! When I asked how much a room was she said well why don't you tell me when you will be comming to see if I even have anything available. Then she rudly said THIS MONTH! I have these people and those people staying all month. I don't have any openings. As if I should have known that.
Our family has stayed there for 50 plus years. You have a pool, covered patio, popcorn machine, grills and game room all for guest use. You can't beat the location. Walking distance to downtown and practically next door to the Surf Ballroom and three bars & restaurants. The hotel is raised up from the street, so there's privacy and safety. The owners are exceptionally kind people who have consistently gone above and beyond for our family as we've has special needs from sick kids to late night fixes over the years. I can't imagine a better place in Clear Lake for a large group or family reunion that wants to sit around a pool, grill out and be together. We look forward to coming back every year.
This is a family owned business who are all very nice and go above & beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. This place is wonderful to stay at and reasonable priced. This would be my number one choice of places to stay at again!
This is an amazing place the owners are so friendly. The big outdoor kitchen and pool area is amazing. The rooms have their own themes.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service when inquiring about room availability, others will say the same. Much better options in the area, avoid the crabby, mean, hate my life lady.
