Our tradition for going above and beyond and specializing in difficult renovation projects started five generations ago in Chicago, Illinois. I highly recommend Crowe Construction Management. Over the past eleven years I have worked with Crowe on various projects. Most recently, a significant expansion that required extensive construction and renovation of nearly 70,000 square feet in a building that posed many significant challenges. Not only was Crowe Construction Management able to preserve the integrity of the building and work within numerous parameters, but they were able to achieve a product that meets needs today and for the foreseeable future. We had a huge list of needs and a tight budget. Crowe assisted us in maximizing our budget yet attaining the best possible materials that would withstand a high level of use daily. They worked with us every step of the way to ensure we got exactly what was needed, within budget, and on time. The number of compliments we receive from stakeholders and the community at large about the space supports our decision to put our projects in the hands of Crowe time and again because we not only receive superior quality, but superior service. The entire staff at Crowe is professional, highly knowledgeable and experienced in the field, organized, and always a pleasure to work with, even when challenges arise and difficult decisions need to be made. I am exceedingly confident that there is no job that Crowe cannot take on and exceed expectations. I continue to be satisfied with past projects and know we will continue to engage Crowe Construction Management when future projects arise.
I have worked with Crowe on multiple projects, specifically Restaurant construction. The service and execution is first class. I have dealt with Justin specifically with the construction management side of it and I cannot say enough about the positive experiences I have had. They are 24/7 when it comes to accessibility. Any future projects that I will take on, I will be using Crowe construction and won’t even bother bidding out anyone else.
They do great work at reasonable prices.
