We recently bought a number of items from this store bathtub, toilet, towel bars, etc when doing a bathroom renovation. Visited several times over about 4 months, and each time found the service to be professional, friendly and good product knowledge. Have worked with both Harvey and his wife and enjoyed working with both. Prices have been reasonable, and any items that needed to be ordered in arrived quickly, and we were called right away to pick them up. Great experience with this store and will definitely be back when its time to do the next bathroom!
I went to Crown & Bath in Guelph a couple of weeks ago, looking for a new sink and faucet. Amanda was very helpful, showed me different options without giving any pressure to buy. I then did my due diligence and went to some "big box" stores to compare prices and products, and also did some research online. In the end I went back to Crown & Bath to purchase my sink & faucet because the customer service was excellent and their product knowledge far surpassed the big box stores. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend "Crown Bath & Kitchen".
Excellent service with a large and high quality product selection. I bought bathroom fixtures for last year’s renovation and was very satisfied so I bought the kitchen fixtures for this year’s renovations. Harvey was very helpful and knowledgeable when choosing the perfect design. Highly recommended for best prices and service.
We're in the process of renewing our Master Bathroom and I had a vision of what I wanted. I had visited a number of Bath Retailers in the GTA but honestly wasn't happy with the service I was given, if I was given any at all. Then I called Crown and spoke to Harvey. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he told me which suppliers I should look at, and it immediately came together. Harvey and Amanda are very knowledgeable AND they take the time to listen to what you need and make recommendations accordingly. They've been very helpful in what has been a long process and I highly recommend them for any Bathroom or Kitchen Renovation because they know about the products they deal with. Most of us know what we want but it's not always easy bringing it together. It's nice to have people who have the willingness to help, as any renovation can be overwhelming.
