Chairs were filthy, owner extremely rude. Will not rent from them again.
I’ve rented many things here throughout the years. Most recently, a floor sander and edger. The rates were very reasonable and the machines both in good working order. I was explained my the gentleman behind the counter just how to operate the machine for my best chance at success! He was patient and respectful! A much better experience was had here than at Home Depot!
Quick and easy reservation and rental. They don’t deliver, but the staff are friendly and very helpful with loading/unloading, and clearly explained how to set up the tent I rented.
They have EVERYTHING you could possibly want!! Gentleman behind the desk was kind, courteous, extremely helpful, and he brought the equipment out to our truck, he showed us how it started and how to stop it and what all the different attachments were used for. We felt comfortable and he helped us load it on the truck and off we went. You can see they inspect and repair the equipment as needed. Very happy with Taylor Rental!
Horrible customer service by Edgar and other staff in the phone. I order some chair and they delivery to my house. I ask specific from one type of a chairs and they delivery something else. The guy in the phone rude said they did not have white chairs and really did not show interested in my complaint. He was much like " do you want the chair or not " ... bad customer service!!!! I do not recommended them at all.
Occasionally I have to rent construction equipment. When I do I go to Taylor Rental they always have the tool I need at a good rental rate.
I've been renting from Taylor Rental for more than 5 years and every interaction I've had with them has been beyond professional and helpful. They've been nothing short of amazing and I don't go anywhere else when I need to rent equipment for any home improvement or lawn project.
Been renting from thia place for a while now. However, rented a powerwasher today and the bleach connecter wasnt working. Returned it and told the the representative about the problem. Long story short, i was never refunded for the useless powerwasher. Ill never step in this place ever again.
We have rented equipment at Taylor before with no problems. However, last week we came to reserve a rental of a woodchipper and the attendant told us it was not possible to do it, that they don't do reservations. As we needed the machine for today, we came to rent one, but there was none, and the other ones were "reserved" for the rest of the week...Reserved??!!??? How come? How couldn't I reserve one then???? Total frustration...
Amazing guys there. Always use them whenever we need scaffolding, tamper, mini excavator, extractor fans, etc.
