I was disappointed to get a bill for $75 for forgetting an appointment. I don’t recall ever forgetting an appointment. I was facing some challenging times, and completely forgot about it. Told that to the receptionist but still got billed. Love my hygienist but can’t take getting treated like this after being a customer for approximately 10+ years!
