Needs some winter maintenance but nice big park, wonderful tall trees, picnic spots, playground and very dog friendly. Sidewalk all around the perimeter for easy walking to get in those steps!
My kids love this park, my son is in love with the backhoe toy!
It's a really nice, old-school park. It's massive and has a ton of grass and large trees providing lots of shade for picnics. There are a few picnic tables scattered about and one shelter with picnic tables underneath. There's a few parks within this park which is pretty cool, however the main park is definitely geared to kids 3+. Street parking only.
4 stars because I love this park . however my last experience was appalling.....trash everywhere including used tampons. I had actually started to pick up the trash until I noticed the nastiness and we hi tailed it to the car. Ppl are disrespectful these days can't even go to the park without some bull!!!!!!
It was nice took the dog for a walk waiting for a friend just kill time let the dog do its thing then left I've always loved crown Park good place for kids in the summertime slide swings merry go around etc I give it a five star
I’ve had little league practice there several times. Porto-potty was literally overflowing. Playground equipment is “okay.” Not a bad place to bring a picnic lunch to as the kids play though.
I love it! This is my local park walking distance from my house so I am biased. Well maintained tennis/pickle all courts. Nice clean playground, and of course beautiful trees the NW is known for. The community does a great job having events. Currently a summer series of concerts every Thursday evening. Great job Camas
Was raised at this park growing up. Being here with my grands is one of the special memories I will have of my 2022 vacation. The day started here, then off to OMSI, and finished with a Chinese food dinner. A great day that started at Crown Park. Just wish they would bring back an aquatic center. A pool or even a water feature, say an intermittent fountain. People enjoy this type because it is like running in and around a large sprinkler.
I love this park! It is awesome, they used to have a public pool but now they put in tennis courts which is awesome! There is a small shop that sells really good ice cream right next to the park which just makes it better. It's a very peaceful park and has quite a lot to offer concerning its size.
There's no pool there anymore. We've played baseball there with our kids. We've also played handball. We bring our grandkids they have a lot of fun swinging and sliding. We've brought our lunches up there. There's a place across the street to buy ice cream, Fry's they're really good, and lunches. During the summer they have movies for kids in the last 3 weeks of Summer they have bands. We've enjoyed it with our kids and now with our grandkids. Good place to go when it's hot out, there's lots of trees. They've always had tennis courts ever since my kids were little. It was behind the pool. My daughter used to play tennis up there. My daughter is now 43 years old.
