Ive been dealing with this company for years and have always had great customer service. By this I mean that the staff is always very knowledgeable on the products that they stock ,and some they do not. I've come in to purchase material to do certain jobs and they were proactive in inquiring if I need other specific materials that would be needed to complete the job. This small act of customer service actually saved me multiple trips back to their location. I can not say enough about their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. I highly recommend these guys to any contractors looking for supplies or even homeowners looking to purchase their material directly.

These guys are awesome. You can buy roofing materials anywhere but the customer service that we receive from all the folks over there is awesome. I have been dealing with this branch for almost two years now. As a project manager, i need supplies constantly and sometimes last minute. The help i receive from Grant, Wendy, and Troy is unsurpassed. They go above and beyond everytime to get me what i need. Troy has even taken time on Saturdays to get me material when I needed it. Their customer service is top notch. The guys in the back, Paul, Jason, Derek, and Deland, are always ready to help load my truck or unload my returns.
