Crumbl cookies are always pretty good. In the evening they can get pretty busy. There were about 6 teens working at this location. One of them was cashiering, one of them was filling the orders, and the other four were all casually prepping cookies in the back..it seemed like they could have distributed the labor better to fill orders more quickly. I probably waited about 10 minutes and finally got my cookies. The flavors that week were fine. I think the strawberry one was the best. The chocolate milk one is pictured with a wafer cookie on top but did not come with one which I was disappointed about.
The cookies are great but the app is wonky. I keep getting an error that I can't leave a review because of camera permissions but when prompted all of my permissions are enabled.
I’ve never been disappointed in crumbl! Always fast service. Always delicious cookies. Always the perfect gift to have delivered.
How can you pass by Crumbl and not stop by?!? It’s an awesome spot for all you cookie monsters! This location has the same high standard as any other location, and the staff are extremely attentive and helpful. Tried the snickers cookie, and the chips ahoy. Both were excellent! Love this place!
Always fast & super friendly! I love their snickerdoodle cookie, but always a fan of the classic chocolate chip! Love that they give options to add a ribbon or sticker to your box to make it easier when gifting them to friends!
Just picked up some cookies for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day and this is what they handed me….. why would you place a dry cookie on top of a cookie covered in caramel? If you have to overlap wouldnt it be the other way so that the cookie doesn’t get caramel all over it? This is not the first time this has happened. Just cause you’re busy for a holiday, doesn’t mean you slack off.
Delighted at the news of semi sweet chips getting more time in the spotlight. I love to send cookies to my family in special occasions. Delightful variety of cookies. Always intrigued at what will be next.
My past few visits have been very average. Their cookies are definitely not worth the price/hype, however the service was really good. I did not get the name of our server but she was very polite and even complimented my eyes! It made my day. If only the cookies were better then I'd come again.
Fresh, sweet, and fulfilling! Best part ops that you can freeze each week’s special cookies for a rainy day! They taste just amazing out of the freezer!
The cookies are soooo good. Chocolate chip is still my favorite. They always have chocolate chip and sugar cookies on hand, and every week they rotate about 4 other flavors. The interior is very small, so you can’t really sit and enjoy. Also because of that there is usually a line, but it moves very fast.
