I seldom leave reviews for anything despite how poor the service, but this was a bit ridiculous. I waited a half hour in the drive through to get my food. For the munster sandwich to be cold and the turkey cranberry croissant to be abismal. The receipt stated "no fresh pesto butter" for the munster sandwich order and I never asked for anything to be taken off. If things are not available to properly complete an order, the customer should be made aware before they finsih their order. Especially since it seems they were out of a lot because I wasn't told there was not bread pudding until I was given my order and asked where it was. Half the meat that was supposed to be in the bread was in the container. There was barely any cranberry in the sandwich and the lettuce was dirty. No dressing for the salad, no napkins or utensils given. All this given to me in an odd clear unmarked sack. The personal helping me wasn't too kind either. I would have gone back to address this but didn't have another half hour to waste. I immediately started writing this as mentioned I'm not one to write reviews but this is not the first time I've had a less than subpar Kneader's experience. I just threw everything away it wasn't worth the disappointment.

This is what Kneaders thinks is acceptable food. Burnt Cinnamon Toast. Refused to replace it Said “the grill is completely empty “, whatever that means. The cook should have seen it wasn’t acceptable, the person playing it should have seen it was unacceptable and the server should have refused to serve it. No quality control at this location.

I had a horrible experience ordering online. The person didn’t seem to understand what I needed. I placed the order while driving so I said I wanted to pay when picking up the order but they said I had to give them my card number. I was parking and said "I will give you my card in a second". So I walked in and no one was taking my order!!?? - Reason: they have a call center to take the orders!!?? Unbelievable!! I had to start all over at the store and the person on the phone hanged up on me. The food: I am not surprised at the small portions. I don’t get it why this place is somewhat famous. Not happy at all with my experience or their food. I have to give them this; the place is nice and the workers at the location tried to help me with my order asap. Hey Kneaders, my review will get a lot of views, hope you improve.

Rest assured, Kneaders is probably not known for their food waste. My turkey, bacon, avocado salad arrived and I thought at first it had chopped olives in it. Nope!! Just a lot of rotten lettuce! The cucumbers were also rotten, translucent, and slimy. None of the avocado was edible. After taking time to pick out the nastiness, I contemplated if I should have just thrown it away instead. As I tried to eat what remained, I found myself encountering even more rotten lettuce. Not just the "it's a little brown" stuff. The actual black lettuce slime. Why on Earth anyone thought it was okay to send this to a customer is beyond me! It's a good thing I also ordered the broccoli cheddar soup... Oh wait!! They didn't even bother sending that! Lack of attention and caring will cause customers to get very sick.

I first have to say that Kneaders food is amazing! I had the French dip on their homemade bread and it was delicious! Their breakfast is also out if this world delicious also but the service was poor. I waited for at least 5 minutes with a line if people going out the door and the gal at the register taking orders said I'll be with you in 1 minute and proceeded to stand 3 feet away and wait for the cook to make a sandwich...FOR 5 MINUTES doing nothing. Maybe that's a training opportunity?

This place would've have received a one star if I hadn't eaten here before and had good quality food. This particular time I went, the management was terrible. I ordered a simple American Omelet with no ham and a slice of their French toast. When we recieved the omelet it had ham. We took it up and they made a new one. After we got the second omelet we started to eat. The brocolli in the omelet was moldy. After we took it up management she seemed to brush it off, gave us a refund, and walked away. Very dissatisfied with this breakfast and disappointed in the staff.

Great tasting Turkey Bacon Avocado salad. Had the Poppy Seed Dressing with it. Lobster Bisque soup was good as well. My wife had a Chicken Raspberry Nut salad and Broccoli Cheddar soup. They did a wonderful job on our order!

My son and I went to kneaders on Friday July 28,2023 We haven't been to kneaders for a long long time and we happen to stop in and have lunch and I have to say I will be going more often. I had a French dip sandwich with a creamy tomato soup which was absolutely delicious. The only thing was that it wasn't hot enough only warm, but they reheated it up in the microwave and it was just right!I love their bread. Also had a key lime tart. It was okay but probably won't be getting that again but the sandwich was to die for so I will be going back to try other sandwiches and soups. Great place to eat!

Sandwiches were great. Chicken noodle soup is pretty much broth with a couple of noodles and chicken pieces. If you order online, don't rush to get there at the pick-up time. We waited 10-15 minutes past the time we were promised. Then part of our order was missing, and we had to go back. Lastly, when we got home, we saw the receipt noted free cookies with each meal. Checking on the website, it appears this was advertised that day. We did not get them. The delay and missing items drove the 1 star review.

I requested a “number three coffee combo with $1 off pastry ”. She didn’t know they offered it till she turned around and noticed it was on the menu behind her. She didn’t know how to add the discount, so she didn’t even bother to tell me, so I had to go get my 1$ back-_- Coffee was “warm” and NO REFILLS on a 4$ coffee?? Also there was a small white piece of bone or maybe cartilage, plastic?? inside my sausage egg croissant, I didn’t bother to ask I’m not coming back. First time and lived here my Hole life. But Zero complaint on the bread
