We make all of our coffee and espresso with locally roasted beans from Quarrymen Coffee. Dairy milk is from Oberweis and soy, almond, and coconut milks are always available. We feature teas from Hugo Tea Company, all of which are organic and direct trade. All of our baked goods are made in our kitchen. So we take our product seriously, but more than that, we love serving people well. Come in and say hi.

I’ve been ordering here since 3 years ago at least 4 times and before the last time, i would say 5 star was fairly enough, but unfortunately this time was so much different. The cake that we got had different color than what we ordered. Any way it wasn’t a big deal for us until we got the cake and start driving. At the first 5 min the cake started to get cracking. It was still so soft and the mini mouse head was heavier than the base could support. My wife kept it safely but still at the end it was embarrassing. When we opened the cake, the 3 layers were not even matching in center. It seems that the quality is dropping compared to 3 years ago.
We ordered a magnificent cake plus strawberries and cake pops for 125 people, each and every guests let us know how much they enjoyed the sweets, in fact, they were so delectable guests were licking their fingers to get every bite. The cake was a custom design featuring a double BB in shades of blue and purple, decorated in glorious details and all of it was 100% edible no filler decorations. Delivery was on time and they very carefully handed us the cake and other items, which by the way were sturdily packed. These pastries make you feel like you're sitting in Queen Antoinette's parlor room, royalty ready. Will absolutely order.
I have ordered a cake for my Sister’s Birthday. The photo that i sent to them and the actual product were different. I ordered the heart shape cake, what I got was a tall heart that did not even look nice. The cake was not how I expected. When I got home the cherries on top were dripping all over the cake and ruined the cake. When I called the place, the guy was not even nice, horrible customer service. I am very disappointment!!
Amazing service! I got two different cakes, a crown and the letter S for my name. My party guess were amazed at how beautiful it was and wonderful it tasted I will definitely be purchasing more desserts with this company.
Gorgeous cakes that are perfect for any occasion. Wife and family loved the cross for my son's christening. Highly recommended.
Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. They tell the cakes are “soft cookies”, but they’re hard as a rock! I would NEVER shop here again. There are a ton of other options on Ventura blvd, so go anywhere else.
I have ordered a cake for mother's day kievsky The photo that was sent to me and the actual product were totally different. The yellow cake layer was super dry. While I was told that the cake is mostly merengue-it was just a thin layer which did not taste like I have expected. Not even one person ate the cake. Very disappointed!
they made me the best birthday cake here!
I ordered a Crumbles Pâtisserie cake for my cousins graduation party and it was the hit of the party! If you’re looking to get a unique cake that not only looks good, but also tastes like a slice of heaven I highly suggest checking this place out. The staff is so kind and each pastry is a work of art. The fresh ingredients & flavors incorporated within the cake I received was on another level. Each pastry is handmade by the owner and fully customizable. I will definitely be coming back to this place for more goodies. It’s a hidden gem right off Ventura Blvd in the heart of Encino. Give it a try and I guarantee you’ll be hooked like me!
I was so excited to spot this place while driving past on Ventura Boulevard. I am always on the lookout for new bakeries and I think the area could definitely use some more! So imagine my delight when my husband surprised me with a selection of some of their treats. Unfortunately, each one was disappointing. The cannoli was pre-filled, and therefore soggy, and it was filled with some cream not ricotta or cheese-based filling. Maybe it wasn't actually a cannoli? Even so, the filling didn't even go all the way through the tube! The lemon meringue tart was not too exciting—it totally lacked the zing that I usually enjoy from lemon tarts. And the chocolate mousse? Oh my goodness, this was a really shocking texture. It was not light or fluffy at all. It was almost like a gelatinous pudding? Although it is kind of difficult to describe the unexpected texture. We were so bummed! The caveat is, though, that we did not order a special cake, which seems to be the main draw of Crumbles. I will say all their pastries were *beautiful* and my husband confirmed that the people in the bakery were super nice. I'm definitely curious about their special-order cakes, but I think it may be a while before I give this place another try.
