We are an municipal library; membership is free to residents and property owners and non-residents pay a $20 to $25 annual membership fee.
Crystal City Public Library has been providing the community with library service since 1916. The Mission of the Crystal City Public Library is to provide all citizens of the community, from pre-school through adulthood, access to a balanced collection in print and in electronic formats which will enhance their educational, cultural and recreational needs.
