Crystal Clinic is a Top Notch Organization. I have been to several of their offices and was treated exceptionally well all of them. Their Surgical Center is amazing. Dr Taliwal was very understanding, caring, and listened to everything I had to say. I highly recommend him to any experiencing spinal issues.
The staff could not have been more pleasant or professional. They went out of their way to be thoughtful and helpful. Dr. Taliwal was thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood our options.
He's the best! You can always get an explanation of what and why something is wrong with your spine. I never thought I would get such straight answers from a surgeon. Some just want to perform the surgery just because, whether medically necessary or not. He gives provides the information for the you to decide if it is an option for your well being.
Phenomenal! The associates from check in thru check out are caring, kind, understanding, helpful and patient. Dr. Taliwal and his assistant, Fabi are the epitome of what a physician and assistants should be. It is so rare to find this level of care in any field. I am incredibly thankful for everything they have done for me.
Crystal Clinic's billing is horrible! I received two separate bills and paid both in full through THEIR website. Since then I have received multiple additional bills for those two services I have already paid in full. When I called their billing department they confirmed receipt of my payments, but it went to the wrong side. She said it is an internal error and their system has been doing that. She was supposed to switch my payment to the correct side and send me a receipt showing my account has been paid in full and has a zero balance. To date that has not happened and I am still receiving bills for the services I paid nearly 3 months ago! Their billing department has solidified that I will never use any of their services again! Not only do they know of their internal system error, but they are apparently doing nothing to correct it even after being notified of affected accounts. In addition they could see I have a $350+ credit to my account and weren't going to say anything about it/issue a refund while trying to say I still owe them money!
I visited Dr. Rajiv Taliwal this week re: my lower back problems. Dr. Taliwal is most kind and pleasant. He reviewed the whole problem with my back this was my second visit, even went over the MRI with me again and discussed the future plan with it. I am so glad my Family Physician referred me to him. He is very knowledgeable, very thorough, and most caring and trustworthy.
I have so much appreciation for, and respect and trust in my Orthopedic doctors and surgeons at Crystal Clinic. The care is always excellent the staff are the best. I wouldn't trust my orthopedic care to anyone else, just my opinion after plenty of personal experience.
Dr Taliwal has been my doctor for years. He explains the problem your having so you understand what is going on. He is kind and caring, a excellent surgeon.
So happy with my experiences with all the physical therapists here. Before going I honestly thought I'd need surgery to fix a break that never healed properly. Within 8 sessions I was confident that surgery could be off the table, and with continued sessions I'm now walking normally again for the first time in 8 months. If you do the work and keep up with the exercises every day, it really can work wonders. Thanks so much!!
