Dr. Crystal is the greatest of all time! As a dentist myself, I would trust her with any of my dental care. She did such a good job with my care I literally recommend her to everyone. On top of that, the staff is so nice, always pleasant to interact with and competent. Even if you have to drive far, its worth it.
Dr Crystal is the best dentist we've ever had! She and her staff make you feel so welcome and at ease. We have continued to see Dr Crystal even though we moved an hour away. Well worth the drive!
Dr Crystal and her team are fantastic. We've been coming here as a family for several years, and the level of dental care we've received is far above and beyond anything we experienced from another clinic. If you're looking for dental care anywhere in the Cleveland area - don't think twice. Dr Crystal is the best place to go!
I cannot say enough great things about this dental office. Every single worker truly cares about you, your well being, your experience, etc. Dr. Crystal has put in place a team of fantastic women that are just the nicest people on the planet. Dr. Crystal is fantastic, she's going to tell you exactly what you need done and will absolutely nit pick to make sure you're happy with your smile, your experience, and your overall well being. The environment you're in is clean, calm, organized, and you feel almost at home while you're there. Finding this office has been a blessing for me and has completely curbed my dental anxiety and it was BAD.
Dr. Crystal is hands down the best dentist I have ever encountered. I've had quite a few problems with my teeth and Dr. Crystal and her team are always looking out for my best interest and the health of my teeth. Dr. Crystal and her team are all very educated, friendly, and her new office honestly feels like a luxurious experience akin to a spa atmosphere. Their equipment is clearly state of the art compared to other dental practices. I can't say enough good things about this practice.
Words cant describe how happy I am that I found this practice. I had a terrible experience with the previous dental office I went to and decided to make a change and find a better suitable dentist. I called ahead and right away I was impressed, the receptionist was kind, courteous and gave me all the information I needed, and set me up for an appointment. All the staff were extremely informative of my options, and their state of the art technology was great. I am so happy I switched and found Dr. Crystal Schneider and her team. By far the best dentist that I have ever met. If you are looking for a kind, amazing, and fair pricing practice this is the place to go!
So. Glad I chose Dr. Schneider as my new dentist, loved the registration on line which saved lots of time. The receptionist was very helpful online and in person. The environment was very calming.The staff were very attentive. The office was very nice. Mainly I was impressed by willingness to do a treatment plan according to my budget making it possible for me to get all my dental work done since I do not have insurance and as a senior on a limited income this was great.
What a welcoming and professional staff at Dr. Crystal's practice. I had a great experience. I received a thorough exam, she uses updated technology that provided instant x-ray results, my teeth were cleaned with an ultra-sonic jet and standard instruments and polished squeaky clean. I used to get nervous going to the dentist but Dr. Crystal and her team are wonderful and I would highly recommend them.
I googled 'pediatric dentist' and several came up in our area, all but this with less than stellar reviews. We were referred to one of the less than stellar places by a family member and in lieu of that decided to take our precious daughter to Dr. Crystal Schneider. Best. Decision. Ever. We walked in and the decor is very clean and very inviting, nicely decorated. My newly potty trained daughter had to use the facilities and they too were clean and inviting. The staff is A-1, very nice and very attentive. We didn't wait but maybe a minute before we were taken back... I had my concerns being that my daughter is 2 and a half and has not been to the dentist, but Dr. Schneider was absolutely amazing! She made my daughter a party to every little thing she did, she talked to her the entire time, walked her through everything dry run and actual business. My daughter wasn't scared. She was attentive and curious. It was a fantastic experience and it exceeded my expectations. Funny thing, Dr. Schneider isn't even a Pediatric Dentist. Fooled me. If you have a family, bring them to her. Best dentist I have ever come across and she now will have my entire family business. My daughter loved her and we thank you for that!
The best dental office and dentist ever!! We have 3 children. They are never in pain. Also, the orthodontist that we were referred to is good. I am 51 and have had many dentists with horrible chair side manners. Dr. Crystal Schneider is excellent, and so is her staff.
