Crystal Lake Theatre

The popcorn was so foul, it could have doubled as a biological weapon. I ate a single bite, and I was immediately overcome with a terrible salty taste. The rest of the day, I was left with terrible diarrhea and a feeling like I was going to throw up. The seats were just as bad. They smelled like a locker room. I could feel the sweat of previous patrons soaking through my clothes. I tried to move to a different seat, but they were all equally disgusting. To add insult to injury, there were no free refills. Overall, this was the worst movie theater experience I've ever had. I would not recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. If you're looking for a movie theater with good popcorn, clean seats, and free refills, I suggest you go elsewhere. This place is a complete and utter disgrace.

I haven't been to the theater for a while, though I've been to this one many times in the past. Getting through the ticket check was super easy with a mobile phone. The reclining seats were comfortable as always. I will plug the movie I saw because it was so outstanding and important. It's called The Sound of Freedom. The audience applauded twice at the end. It was made about 5 years ago but had a lot of road blocks to being released. I appreciate Regal showing it. That's why I'm giving five stars.

Overall this theatre is much less crowded than the AMC across town and the seats are just as comfy. The employees were super friendly too and although standard concession prices apply we got free refills with no problem on just about everything we bought. Will definitely return, thanks :

It's a nice theater. Good selection of snacks. A bit pricey but that's theater snacks for you. The seats are comfortable.

Went on a Saturday afternoon to see a classic movie. The concession area was like ghost town. The popcorn was stale and too salty. The theater chairs we not clean and didn't have many options for comfort. I've visited this theater off and on since the 1980's, this is by far the worst I've seen it.

Great movie theater. They have leather reclining seats. I went during the middle of the week and it wasn't busy at all maybe like 5 people in the theater with me. The place is also clean didn't see too much popcorn and trash on the floors etc. The parking lot outside doesn't do the pace justice making the place seem old and outdated but inside its nice.

Love the theater and the ticket takers are always so sweet. The person who has Maya written on her name tag is a very poor choice of hire. Attitude, rude, doesn’t listen, acts confused , and absolutely ruins the experience but doesn’t care. . I’ll change this to 5 stars when she goes away.

I love having a theater so close but recently my experiences have been subpar when I go. Saw a big movie opening day and the lights were left on in the theater when it started until someone had to go ask them to be turned off. Next movie I saw the screen seemed blurry and not bright at all. Seems like the quality of this theater is dropping.

Absolutely Love the Regal Value Tuesdays! No fees to be a memberthru app and then all movies anytime on Tuesday $5 per person. Gotta love the popcorn, seats recline and comfy! Very clean! Bonus you earn points to use on free popcorn ect too!! Love it, we will be back

Clean, a lot of movie choices. Friendly staff. Usually plenty of seating options. They do tend to close the concession stands before all movies let out. It was a few times it was around 8 and I couldn't get a refill. As per other people saying they have bugs, all I can say is on a couple of occasions I have seen a moth flutter by in the light. Nothing to be concerned about unless you have issues. And if you are so terrified of a possible flying bug then you may want to never go out.
