I have been going to this place for laser hair removal for over a year now and it's been an incredible experience! I had thick hair on my face that I was getting lasered and after a few sessions I was already seeing great results. I've continued on since then and it's practically all gone. I got laser hair removal from my face and neck. The growth was quite thick and after a number of sessions for little over a year now the hair are almost completely gone! I am totally satisfied with the result of the treatment. Price is also very reasonable and affordable. Inji owner/ who did my treatment is such a nice and sweet person and its a delight to meet her everytime. I will truly recommend this place for hair removal. I went to crystal med spa for laser hair removal in chin area. I am 100%satisfied with their service. I took 6 treatments for hair removal and after 6 treatment, my growth was very very less. Since i had thin hairs after completing 6 treatments, they provided me 2 extra sessions for free. Now the result is unbelievable. The place is very much clean and the equipments they are using are also modern. Initially at the begining of my treatment, i was explained how the process works and during each session, i was provided information with what is being done. I am so glad to have such places near my location and i would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
The ladies are nice when I came in for my facial. I got a voucher on groupon last year for 3 microdermabrasion facial. But ever since, I did the first one, I got so many pimples. They never existed before. Told them about my pimples and they advised me that they will check and call me back with solutions..which they never did till now.
There is nothing I can say more than wow! Never have I ever had a more peaceful and personalized visit to a spa. From the calming decor to the amazing staff, I was blown away by the attention to customer service and satisfaction. When you go, ask for Inji! She customized my experience to my skin type and really paid close attention to detail when working with my sensitive skin. I left feeling fresh and new - never have I EVER had such a pleasant experience at a spa. I absolutely cannot wait to book another session and I highly recommend this place!!!
