Lilac beauty salon and spa

I been going to this salon before the new owners took it over. I've never had such a bad experience until now. I went to do my eyebrows and upper lip. I left with way too many cuts, they were harsh and applied too much pressure even after I said it was hurting. I felt the burning when I already left, I called to let them know and they blamed my skin being too sensitive when I've been getting my eyebrows done my entire life and this never happened to me.

In love with this place because of the sweet and talented owner Rahi. I have been going to her from last 3 years. She always does my hair exactly the way I have always wanted it. She has a brief consultation with me and my hair has never been as healthy!She is warm and engaging and a lovely lady. Thank you Rahi for amazing hair transformation and I will be back very soon.

First went in for a haircut, lady with an attitude told me to comeback in half an hour. When went back half hour later was told to wait again. Parking is hard to find as it is. Thanks for nothing.
